Here is an A-to-Z Game using written words with two vowels...

for your vowel choices, please stick to using A, E, I, O, and U only.

The words can also have a Y in them, and we won't count this as one of the two vowels for this particular game.

--edited to emphasize that "A-to-Z" means the words must begin with the letters of the alphabet, A, B, C, D, E, etc., and so on, from poster to poster... see "Examples".

Examples:

-- Abhor

-- Bingo

-- Carton

-- Dainty

-- Escrow . . . etc.

Hi tiptopper tiptopper ! The next word after Verna's needs to start with the letter "C" (I amended the game rules to make that more clear, sorry! I thought everyone might know how "A-to-Z" word games are played.)

I'm confused; what other vowels are there?
I was just trying to address the fact that there are some 'disagreements' regarding written vowels versus spoken ones. Like this article for instance,
http://www.slate.com/blogs/lexicon_...nglish_vowels_and_what_is_a_vowel_anyway.html

If you google "a e i o u and sometimes y", you get quite a few ideas on the topic of vowels,

People, like you, have quibbled with me on the clarity of my game rules... I imagine I was just trying to be clear, lol.
