My cats wounds won't heal

Help! My inside outside cat has wounds that won't heal.
I originally thought he had gotten into a fight and lost
A day passes and he's scratching away, making wounds around his face and body worse
A werk had gone by and I'm not sure what is going on , he has hige patches of fur missing and his skin is so dry! I don't notice any fleas & we keep him on flea medication. Please help

Get him to a vet. It could be ringworm.

It does look like ringworm, I'm so sorry because it is a pain to get rid of. Take those pictures first into your vet and see if they can diagnose it from that, I know what a pain it is to bring a cat. If he's due for vaccinations or a checkup then bring him in. The only other things I can think of is an allergy to the flea medication, or possible hair loss from cat bites or scratches. If it is ringworm it is suspicious that YOU don't have it too, because it is one thing that spreads to humans. If you do find a spot, KEEP IT COVERED WITH A BAND AID, that is the only way to keep them from spreading, then get to your Walmart or what ever you have and get the fungicide that gets rid of athletes foot, that is what cures it.   Good luck and get back with us!

Thank you for the advice I don't have ringworm. Hopefully it's not that I am planning to call the vet today
