My 6 year old cat Kiki is not eating or drinking and is barely moving. We took her to the vet we did a X-ray and a blood test. We have tried to feed her she just keeps on dening the food and the water. We are currently feeding her the food paste and manually giving ghee water. The doctor said she has a respiratory infection and she gave us medicine that didn't work then we went the next day and we had a different doctor then he said she doesn't have a respiratory infection. Somebody please help me and my cat I love her so much and I'm not ready to lose her.

As a last ditch effort see if she can be given an injection of antibiotic, she needs something done as soon as possible. Medicine would take longer than one day to work. In the mean time she may need a subcutaneous injection of water too if she is dehydrated. That is very easy and quick. Did her blood tests indicate an infection? High white blood cell count. Was she tested for diabetes and problems with the thyroid? When a cat's nose is stuffed up they can't smell their food and often refuse food. get her in a small bathroom with hot water running in the tub, and hold her while she breathes in the vapor from the water, make sure she doesn't jump in the tub! Offer her some really smelly food to eat too, like tuna or mackerel, that may get her interested. She may need to go in for am IV for a while if you can afford it. My heart goes out to you, you will be blessed for trying to help her, I'll keep her in my prayers,

Oh poor baby..  and poor you...

Your kitty needs to go back to see the vet for more care. I know you are trying to handle it at home, but sometimes we cannot do it..

Kiki may need an IV solution to help her feel better...and get her eating..

I will be thinking of you guys..

((hugs))
