So last week my 4 year old cat got into some pasta sauce I made with onion and garlic. Thankfully she seemed to have vomited up most of it. Since then, she's still had some episodes of vomiting, but we've been to the vet twice and they've given her fluids and anti-nausea medication. Currently, she seems to be doing better. Two blood tests have been normal, so they believe she's out of the clear in terms of severe toxicosis from the onions and garlic.

However, she seems to have lost her appetite for her dry food and treats. Still gobbles down her wet food though. Should I try a different dry food that might be more palatable? Or wait this out and see if the appetite for dry comes back? Still drinking plenty of water and like I said, still eating her wet food which I give twice daily.

She's just normally quite a ravenous one, so this change is very different. Perhaps she's still feeling a bit under the weather from the GI upset over the weekend?

Have you tried adding additional wet food to her diet in place of the dry for the time being? If she's willingly eating extra wet food, maybe she just simply has a change in food preference.  If your budget allows it, that wouldn't be a bad thing since many people on here recommend a wet food-only diet.
