My Booboo kitty in Desperate Need of Help with Medical Treatment

Please help my kitty Royal King BooBoo get the medical treatment he needs to live a pain free fulfilling life. My cat was recently taken to the vet because i noticed he was peeing and drinking excessively. Test were ran and the vet found his kidneys are not working properly, he has a slight case of anemia probably caused by the kidney problem, and severe dental problems. His most severe problem is the kidneys as he will need to be on a lifelong prescription diet, need fluids weekly until kidneys improve, and need regular test and checkups to check the functioning of his kidneys and other organs. He has an enlarged left kidney because it has been taking on most of the work. I am desperately seeking help to cover the medical cost of his treatments so that he can live the rest of his life as pain free and happy as possible.
