Has anyone ever used one before? I kind of want to buy one but I just would like to be sure it actually works. The reviews look good on amazon which is where I plan on buying it from. Here is the link to it  Also let me know if this is the normal price for it. Or if say I went to target or somewhere like that if it would be cheaper.

Also haven't been active for a while so let me know if there are any rules against amazon links. Thanks,

Love mine ..I did figure out just recently I was putting in the refills wrong.
watch the Youtube video it really does keep in the smell

Just on a side note I use it for all things smelly things that I don't want to put in my garbage because I know they will smell I put it in there.. I keep it in the back hall off of kitchen. Leftover fish smelly shrimp skins leftover pet food you get the idea not just for poop in my house I keep it immaculate wiping it with a Clorox wipe everyday

I love my litter genie! It is so much more convenient than using plastic bags from the store and bringing them out to the garbage every time i scoop the box. Thinking about it now, i cant imagine doing that anymore. And the refills last me a long time. I highly recommend it!

I've generally heard good things about the litter genie, with the main complaint being he bag cost, but I decided to go another way.   I use a trash can with a lid that makes an air tight seal when closed. It works well, and was cheaper to buy and is MUCH cheaper to use, since it can use normal trash bags.

I cannot say enough good things about the Litter Genie. It keeps odors locked in and makes disposing of clumps and poo super easy. I've had more than one person tell me that they are shocked that they never smell "cat" In my apartment and I attribute at least part of that to the Litter Genie.
I did find it for $16.99 at Chewy.com:

I usually order my refills through Chewy.com

I have two and don't know what I'd do without them! any smell is sealed in and the bags last a long time. The refills are expensive, but you just have to know where to look and keep your eye out for sales. I'd never go back to using anything else.

I love the Litter Genie! I have three. Yes the refill bags are a little pricey but well worth with it. No more using plastic grocery bags only to find a little hole in them where the litter spills out onto the floor. It's very convenient. And best of all you cannot smell the soiled litter from the unit. I saw one at Pet Smart on sale for $15. It included one bag. But I would buy them in the three pack to save and get them from Chewy.com.

I LOVE the Litter Genie. I live in a very very small apartment and my cat likes her litter box very clean, so I was heading out to the trash sometimes 3 times a day. Other than the fact that there is absolutely no smell, I really like the size. It's quite compact, so it fits right under my sink next to my garbage can. It's just super convenient- I can scoop out a clump or two if I have people coming over and don't have to waste a garbage bag and then run up and down four flights of stairs to take the trash out. It's a pretty great invention and has really made it easier to keep the litter box clean.
