Hello skystarz skystarz ................... I can't tell you what's wrong with your cat as he suddenly shows such symptoms and if he's in pain, best is get him to the vet asap for a check. Do not delay!

Yes, get him to a vet as soon as possible!  Any sudden change in behaviour, especially if there is also weakness, diarrhoea, sleepiness & sudden pain = VET.  It does sound like it may be poisoning, please take him to a vet, like now.  My cat, Brian, died the most horrific death from antifreeze poisoning last March.  I can barely bring myself to type this because of thinking about him.  But, I don't want any other cats to die, so please take him to a vet.

VET PLEASE... Hurry.  Deem it an EMERGENCY!

It is not the weather.  Cats survive well in the cold...it is feeding on whatever is outside that can be harmful.  Before I took in my outdoor cat, I saw him slumped over a kiddy pool like a ragdoll.  It had been left outside for weeks. I couldn't help but find it hilarious until I looked inside it to find two or three days old stagnate rain water and leaves.  Near the same spot, a family had thrown out last week's stew.  It had to have been there at least two or three days in fall climate.  Outdoor cats were feeding on it.  As Brian007 mentioned, there are those who will intentionally poison any animal that infringes on their property using antifreeze because it tastes sweet.   It is ethylene glycol which is toxic (and flammable) to animals.

Im really sorry for what happened to your cat. Being there i know that feeling and how it change people.

To put this cat in cage its impossible or to put him even in car he has very stuborn personality and once he see cages he run away for 1 day. I gave him marbocyl 5mg he became fine little bit but his arm looks injured because he cant walk properly the diarehia stopped , he woke up and ate some food then he back to sleep. i will go to the vet if its possible to come and give him some kind of Anesthetic and then take it to the hospital thats the only way

Im not really sure if all cats can survive in cold. I had cat he got sick every winter bad sickness he couldnt even open his eyes and rainy nose breathing heavely weakness every winter he must be on antibiotic this problem continued to his son same symptoms at cold weather. Maybe some breeds cant live well in cold weather like 0 degree.

As for this cat i cant take him to vet he wont go into cage or a car i will try to bring him a vet if its possible

Cat's fur in not winter coat. Not at all.

What sort of cream did you use on him? Human use? If so, it may be wise to show the cream to the vet. And I fully agree with all other people here: the situation you describe is an vet emergency. Bear in mind that cats do not express themselves to much and the sigh they show are sometime very difficult to understand.

The abcess treatment was indicated by a vet, after a consultation, or was just your idea?

After vet consultation. The cream is for human use antibiotic cream.

By his symptoms I would say that the infection from the abscess has spread. After an abscess has blown, they do become somewhat lethargic for a few days, but if he doesn't get better after a couple I would definitely call the vet and ask their advise.Since it would stress him out so much, a call to the vet with an explanation that you can't bring him in should get them to help you. Tell them they can call after hours if that would help.Tell them your cat has suffered from an abscess, that it is draining now and you need an antibiotic to give.   I give an over the counter antibiotic I get from the vet because there is no way to bring in some of my ferals. I would venture your cat needs an internal antibiotic, not one applied to the outside. I give mine by mixing it in a small amount of tuna, they eat it right up. Is there no way to give him a heated cat mat or some kind of heat?  Even a mat that reflects their body heat back would help, he needs to be kept as warm as possible, Try to get him to drink water too, no milk products, that could definitely cause the diarrhea. Good luck!

The vet reccomanded the cream? What dose?

Looks strange for me that the condition appeared after that  cream treatment. Cats link themselves. Antibiotics affect the intenstinal flora.

My recently relocated outdoor to indoor cat hates being held for more than 2 seconds, let alone going into a carrier.  Get him/her indoors, in case you have to chase them for half an hour as I do.  Get them into a room where they can't get underneath something.   Prep the carrier, having it ready to toss them in and shut the door...get some help if you must.  if you can lift them, sit them on a bath towel and wrapped them up tightly like a burrito (vets terminology lol) and toss them in with the towel, shut the door fast and carefully.  If they're still wrapped, open just enough to get your hand inside, to free them from the towel.  I go through this with ever vet visit.  Once  I used a harness and leash, then wrapped him in the towel to carry to my vehicle. This video demonstrates the blanket or towel burrito.  .  Youtube never surprises me. "Cat In A Bag carrier?  .  I hope the burrito technique works for you.  Please keep them contained always.  My last visit to my vet, I noticed a recent "lost cat" posting on the front door, where a cat got loose from their family and dashed the front door getting away.  No chip, no collar, and tag.

Yes he said twice or 3 times a day for 2-3 day but the cat wasnt with me to let the vet check it this cream used it on 3 cats with great results i doubt if his symptoms is linked to the cream

Then, if the cream is not the cause, it remains what the Di and Bob said: an infection, secondary to the abcess.

I would nevertheless keep an eye to that cream. Every cat is an individual (as every human is an individual), so the fact that the cream gave good results on other cats does not mean it is completely safe for your cat.

I always look for human errors - they are so spread... check the concentration of the cream from the tube against the concentration from the receipt. Check the validity date on the tube.

If he was not treated with antibiotics then it's likely that the infection from the abcess is still affecting him. Yes it might have drained from that spot but it's probably still in his system making him sick. There are some mobile vets that come to you, or even regular vets who have the ability to make house calls. Maybe you could look into those. Try to find one in your area. The great thing about mobile vets is they usually have a wide area of travel. I also find them less expensive because they don't have the fees of holding down a clinic. I used one for my bunny once and the exam fee was 1/4 the cost of a regular vet. Please try to seek professional help. Playing the watch and wait game, and self treating at home can be oh so dangerous! Also update us as things change!

A vet, of course, is ALWAYS the best way to go, and I am not a vet, though I have always wanted to be, but I am an Registered Nurse with over 50 years of experience with nursing ill and injured cats back to health. It's really a matter of looking at all the information gathered and linking them together to get possible diagnoses. After a while there is a pattern that repeats itself and a answer presents itself as to what can be wrong. I've treated countless abscesses and have found that the number one preventer of them is to get the cat neutered.  I have my neutered boys dancing around the big feral toms, who totally ignore them now, they are no longer a threat to their 'manhood' and their territory. No threat means no fights and no bites, no more abscesses!  PS I understand your dilemma over bringing a stressed/feral cat in to the vet, there are many times it just is not feasible. I have a few ferals under my care right now that I would not dream of trying to bring in, thus the consults with my vet and trying in home care. I always try to think that I have tried, that they are getting much needed help that they wouldn't otherwise, and I have had many more pull through then I have lost so it is worth the extra effort. By the way, in cases like yours your cell phone video is invaluable. Film any injuries or how your cat is acting abnormally, and show it to your vet, many cats will not act the same in front of a vet or when brought in to the office, so it gives the vet much more to go on to actually see what is wrong and to make a diagnosis. Good luck!

Why is he fighting with other cats every other day? Is he neutered and how about the other cats? Are they neutered and spayed too? Is there a way to keep him away from the other cats?
I'm sorry that I asked do many questions. My main concern is that he is not well and yet get into fights and is weak after the fight is no good for him. He'll never recover well.

Your cat needs to be neutered or kept inside.  He will keep getting infections, and he will keep being injured.  He will also continue to create unwanted kittens.
