Is my spayed cat pregnant?

My CoCo lost a lot of weight over the last 24 hours (I mean very noticeable). Her behind and Vulva were first bloody and now raw looking. She doesn't have pointy nipples, in fact I can't even see them for her fur. Can someone please help with what this could be. She was spayed about 10 months ago or so the vet said that they spayed her. Could she have had a miscarriage? Before she was spayed and had kittens I said take me to your babies and she did and now I ask and she just stares at me. Sorry I posted in the wrong sub forum before.

If she's spayed she can't be pregnant. I would get her the vet ASAP, it could be a nasty infection.
