We have have a stray or feral(I can't tell if she is feral) cat that has made our porch her home for a little over a year now. Everyday we give her food, hard and wet and give her fresh water.
Now here is the issue. 2 days ago we noticed her nipples were super enlarged and her belly was big. We knew she was pregnant and had to get her to become an inside cat because we can't have more kittens become feral. We want to adopt them out when they're old enough and we want to care for the mama inside until we can get her spayed and all the kitties are adopted. So yesterday we used a cat trap to get her and took her to the vet and they checked for diseases, fleas and worms and she got a clean bill of health and is great! BUT, she had to be sedated because she is not used to being handled. We have her home now in our bathroom. We have a big cardboard box that she lays in. She is using the litter box and she lets us pet her but she won't come out of the box and most importantly she isn't eating or drinking. I know it's not due to sickness but instead due to fear or something. Has anyone been in this situation before? I could use some tips on how to get her to eat. We can't put her back outside. Not yet.

Her appetite is less probable due to stress. You may want to give her some stinky food like tuna to entice her.
