This is horrible! How could anyone do that? That woman should absolutely get the maximum penalty!

I sure hope they get more witnesses to saw the saw the women.....that is if that is what happened(gotta keep it innocent before proven guilty thinking here) That poor thing! I know one things for sure I couldn't have handled that! I would have been sobbing!!!! How could anyone PURPOSLY hurt a living creature poor thing.......RIP puppy

I read most of it, but couldn't look at the picture. It is so horrible to think that people can be so cruel. I can only imagine the type of person it takes to do something like that. Poor puppy :angel4: I truly hope she is punished for her actions.
