Just went to my pet store to try to find some new raw food for Max to try and they told me that they got goat milk for me to try to put this his Stella and Chewy's it's by primal and the reason I'm asking is because it specifically says on it not for human consumption this product has not been pasteurized and may contain harmful bacteria it says raw goat milk for dogs and cats of all life stages I'm on my phone or I would send the picture before it thaws I just wanted to make sure it was okay thank you

Yes, raw goat's milk is very good for cats and dogs (and humans too, they just have to put that there so you can't sue them). Raw milk does spoil quickly so if you only have one cat it might be good to re-freeze it in an ice cube tray, so you can thaw small amounts at a time.

I dont know anything about the brand as such.  But goats milk is useful in many situations, both for small kittens and as supplement for adults.  And raw has an edge in quite a few situations.  Being even somewhat antiinflammatory.

The caution label is because the law demands milk sold to humans must be pasteurized.  So raw or non pasteurized must have labels its just for animal use.   Not to be sued, as Willowy told.

If its not no peculiar inferior brand, this is of course excellent human food too.  Once you discover the pasturization isnt that important.  It was important once, when the hygiene and handling of milk werent always good.  But nowadays, with routinely good hygiene, chilled down transport etc, it doesnt matter much, and pasturizing etc,  is de facto degrading an excellent product...
