I NEED YOUR HELP!

bluebritish is not doing well. he's not eating at all (he hasn't eaten since 3 days)

The breeder was feeding him boiled chicken, So i fed him the same when i first got him.

I tried introducing other cat food but he didn't eat any. Hence i kept feeding him chicken.

3 days ago, he refused eating chicken or anything else.

i bought 4 different brands (high quality and different flavors) of canned wet food he refused to eat any. he just smelled the food and went away

i bought kitten dry food, he also didn't try any

i tried heating the wet food, and softening the dry food with water but still no success

the next day i went to the vet. The vet said bluebritish has food stuck in his stomach and gave him a syringe shot (the shot  will make the cat digest the food)

The vet then gave bluebritish several babylyte shots (using a syringe).

after several hours bluebritish pooped (wet poop) and the vet said he should be ok now.

the vet then gave him a syringe shot that will make the cat hungry

I took bluebritish back home, tried to feed him (chicken/dry/wet food) but he reused to eat any.

I went to the vet the next day (3rd day the cat is not eating). The vet gave me a new (very expensive) dry food that bluebritish also refused to eat.

I tried softening the dry food with water and cutting the food into smaller pieces but bluebritish did not eat.

today, i tried to forcefully feed bluebritish  using a syringe. I dissolved some dry food in water and tried to feed it to  bluebritish  forcefully. He spitted most of the food,  but i managed to get some inside.

I am not sure if what i did is good. But i am trying my best to feed him and keep him alive.

what do you recommend? shall i keep forcefully  feeding bluebritish ?

Yes, you must continue to forcefeed.   Use goats milk or kitten mother milk replacemnt (kmr).  as a base - why, he is still young enough to eat such.

You can also use watered down  wet food,  mix it out if necessary.     Baby food is also useful, for example the Gerber brands of turkey and chicken for babies, without spices, no onion nor garlic.

Thank you StefanZ!

I got both kitten milk and bayby food and my cat is now eating both.

Do you think these are good products?

When do i start feeding bluebritish cat food?

and should i try with wet or dry food?

Good the kitten is eating both! Just make sure the baby food has NO onions or garlic. Those can be toxic to cats. You can transition the kitten to other foods as you feel it is ready.

Hello

my vet asked me to stop giving bluebritish  wet food and switch to dry food instead (reason: he has diarrhea and blood in his stool)

BUT bluebritish will not eat dry food (I tried 3 different brands). The only way he'll eat dry food is when i mix them with kitten milk.

he basically drink all the milk and then eats the left dry food.

He no longer has diarrhea  or blood in his stool (after 3 days of the milk+dry food mix)

Is it okay if i keep feeding him this way? is mixing milk and dry food something bad?

No, mixing milk and dry food is lovely. It is often recommended for kittens in fact. It softens the kibble and the kitten gets its calcium.

Did the vet treat your kitten for the diarrhea and blood? This usually indicates parasites and/or bacterial infection in the intestinal tract. Your kitten would need medicine for parasites, as well as antibiotics.

awesome news

yes the vet is treating him for   diarrhea and blood. I have to take my kitten to the vet everyday for a week to get injections to be treated.
