I NEED YOUR HELP!
bluebritish is not doing well. he's not eating at all (he hasn't eaten since 3 days)
The breeder was feeding him boiled chicken, So i fed him the same when i first got him.
I tried introducing other cat food but he didn't eat any. Hence i kept feeding him chicken.
3 days ago, he refused eating chicken or anything else.
i bought 4 different brands (high quality and different flavors) of canned wet food he refused to eat any. he just smelled the food and went away
i bought kitten dry food, he also didn't try any
i tried heating the wet food, and softening the dry food with water but still no success
the next day i went to the vet. The vet said bluebritish has food stuck in his stomach and gave him a syringe shot (the shot will make the cat digest the food)
The vet then gave bluebritish several babylyte shots (using a syringe).
after several hours bluebritish pooped (wet poop) and the vet said he should be ok now.
the vet then gave him a syringe shot that will make the cat hungry
I took bluebritish back home, tried to feed him (chicken/dry/wet food) but he reused to eat any.
I went to the vet the next day (3rd day the cat is not eating). The vet gave me a new (very expensive) dry food that bluebritish also refused to eat.
I tried softening the dry food with water and cutting the food into smaller pieces but bluebritish did not eat.
today, i tried to forcefully feed bluebritish using a syringe. I dissolved some dry food in water and tried to feed it to bluebritish forcefully. He spitted most of the food, but i managed to get some inside.
I am not sure if what i did is good. But i am trying my best to feed him and keep him alive.
what do you recommend? shall i keep forcefully feeding bluebritish ?
