prob with eye?

I noticed Buddy's left eye seem to be bothering him so I looked closer and can see something in his eye-looks like a gunk of dirt or something. I am not sure what I should do- leave it alone or put cat eye drops in it, drip some water on his eye or what?
Any ideas is greatly appreciated!

I would leave it, but that's just me. I woulndt want to make it worse. Keep checking it and if it gets worse you MAY be able to put some kind of drops or flush in his eye to get it out.

thanks for replying.. It has resolved on its own! The gunk or whatever it was moved to the corner of his eye and he was able to get it out on his own.
