Do you know which type of worms they are? It's important to know. They are clearly affecting his health.

Tiny rice like white worms.

Those would be tape worms. The proper dose of Drontal or Pyrantel will kill them quickly. Ask the vet for the proper dosing tomorrow and see that the kitten gets it. Kittens are frequently wormed at young ages.

Drontal takes both tape worms and the more common round worms, so this Drontal you got IS the right medication.

So, crush the Pill into powder, take out the dose, and spare the rest, so you can give extra dose if need be.   Also, even a succesfull deworming needs usually be repeated 2-3 weeks later.

I haven't gone the de worming route yet. Woke up at 4 in the morning and gave the kitten some pedialite and he vomited.  Then I gave him some goat milk and he vomited as well.

If he is vomiting much, the try is to give just a little pedialyte, literally a drop or two,  but often. Every 15 minutes perhaps.  This way the stomach never register there is something oncoming, and doesnt react with vomiting it out.

The same trick btw with chilren having vomiting flu...

The question is, if the vomiting is because he is very sick, or because he has lotsa of worms inside.   We know he has worms inside, and they can cause vomiting too...

To summarize, its becoming more and more desperate, and I think deworming is the least bad try, to perhaps save his life.   If God so will.

So do pray too.

Yes I am going to opt out of the garlic option. Tomorrow should be an easier day to find some things so I will try to get some KMR. The kitten is really heavily infested with worms. There are several dozens around his anus. Is there any way to kill the ones that are already outside?
I found, garlic is used by humans as a home remedy against worms.  So the vet wanted you to fight against worms -   fire against fire, so to speak.

Probably is this drontal dewormer safer, or rather, less risky.   As garlic in THIS dosage is dangerous for cats.

As its a heavy infection, you probably must give more than an minimum dose.   Still, as long they begin to leave him in greater masses, will give a relief to him.

You must get to the vet for fluids and meds ASAP! This is an emergency.

Yes he got real bad and had a long worm coming out of his mouth. I took him to a better vet and left him there with IV, analgesic dose, and ab dose. They said they will do the best they can.

That is what I was afraid of - that it was not just tape worms. It's good you took the kitten in. I hope he makes it!
