Hi there!
I've already posted some here, but I thought I'd introduce myself. I'm from the Netherlands, and the owner of two beautiful cats.
We have a 6 year old mixed breed cat named Bunker, his mother was a lilac point Siamese/oriental shorthair, his father a blue and white British shorthair. His parents were rescues from a puppy and kitten mill, his mom was fostered by a friend of mine when pregnant, along with two other females (her littermates) who also turned out to be pregnant. So within weeks he had a house full of kittens.
We took in two of the kittens, Bunker and his 3/4 brother (moms full sisters, same father) Diesel. They were pretty much bred for colour and not much else, but both were black. Bunker nearly solid black with a small white patch under his chin, Diesel a tuxedo.
Unfortunately Diesel was only with us for 8 months. Our cats do not go outside except for out completely cat proof garden as we live next to a busy road. One day a visitor left both the back door and the garden gate open, Diesel escaped and was hit by a car within 10 minutes.... 5 years ago and it still hurts....
Bunker turned out not to want to be an only cat, he screamed his head off for 2 weeks. So much sooner than planned we picked up another kitten. Kobus, a Thai Siamese breeders reject, as he is severely cross eyed. Really extreme, so he does have bad eyesight. Kobus was the best decision ever, instant friends and Bunker and Kobus are inseparable ever since. They did not need an introduction, love at first sight!
And off course pics:
