There are one male here ....and is there a easy way for spay ...i'm not going for a surgery ...
Because you are risking her health, and the health of the kittens, and allowing her agitation and pain.  There may have not been a male around, or there may be something wrong with her.  Regardless, heat cycles are not healthy for her, and neither are repeat pregnancies, labors, and births.

How old is this female?

I dont come on any clear idea.  What it perhaps could be with this kitten, is what in humans is called for Downs syndrome.  These are more common with older women, 40+.   A human baby could look and behave this way.  Otherwise they are usually essentially healthy.  They are more or less intellectual retarded, BUT quite a few can live relatively normal lifes, including responsible jobs, social life and so.    What I mean,   IF its so with this kitten, and it doensnt has heart fault (like is quite common for children with DS) - being an inside home cat, he can enjoy a fully normal life, and be enjoyed as a calm, fully normal cat and furry friend.

Just an idea and speculation.  I really Im not sure what is going on.

I do understand if your female gets preg just once a year, you dont see it as any big problem.  "such is life".    :)

I do also understand, this with spaying wasnt your real question, this kitten is the question here.

It is a surgery by definition. What do you do when she needs vet attention? Do you think the kittens should go in?

What do you mean you can't give her a shot? Has she been to the vet?

It sounds like the kitten needs to see a vet. If he has a breathing problem from an infection he will need treatment with antibiotics. Can you get the kitten to a vet today?

He can crawl easily but he is lazy and always stick out his toung and his belly is normal like other kittens or not ?? Because he is 5 hours elder from other kitten so their are difrrence in their weight ....sticking out toung all the time is just a habbit or a sign of disease...if yes then whats kind of disease is this ??

I think he does need to see a vet. Being lazy and having the tongue out isn't normal. A five hour age difference is not a reason for this.

The kitten with the belly may have a different body type. A plump belly in itself is not an issue. Many kittens have big bellies which thin out as they grow. He also may have a less outgoing, less curious personality which causes him not to move as much. Kittens at 8 days old are not fully mobile yet. He may become more mobile in the coming days. Just because he was born first does not mean he will do everything first. These traits do not necessarily mean he has a problem. I am concerned about his tongue being out.

Can you post a picture of the kitten with his tongue out?

Also good with a photo from the belly itself, so to speak, to see the downside view.
