Did she get dewormed? Was it a single treatment or two treatments a few weeks apart? Have you had a stool sample retested since?

My first reaction would be to assume she has worms of some sort. I would say to collect a stool sample and take it in for testing (I know my vet will do stool sample testing for established patients without an exam). You don't really want to do over the counter dewormers if she was dewormed previously because you may be dealing with a more resilient worm and need specialized medication. Using the wrong one could make what she has less likely to respond to treatment. Often times it can take multiple treatments to get rid of worms; especially if there is a lot of them in the kitten.

Second guess would be so was rolling in something outside. But given her age I doubt she has access to the outdoors to be rolling around in random things. Plus it would be a once or twice thing, not frequent.

Third guess would be something flea related but flea dust tends to be little black dots not those.

Sorry, going back to she has worms and needs to see a vet. Worms do need to be treated as soon as possible in kittens to prevent complications. Honestly, I would more likely take her in, with a stool sample and those little bits, to the vet ASAP. My view has always been any problems in kittens under a year should be treated as an emergency because they can go downhill so quickly. In this situation she has had the problem for a while but it still needs to be handled. If it is worms her body isn't getting proper nutrition from what she is eating and it can't feel good.

Where do you think?
The other thing I'd ask is what kind of litter are you using? If it's a corn based (world's best etc) or sawdust (feline pine etc) it might be sticking to her fur and falling off as it dries.

Most worms and other parasites are very tiny almost microscopic (think nits). This looks more like litter or sand to me. But hard to tell. Maybe take another picture with a ruler or penny for size comparason

I had a cat with tapeworms are they were visible about half the size of standard white rice grain.

That's her litter, it's a natural cheap one.
And yes, she is dewormed before I got her from the vet, and she rarely went outside. She left those things before she was outside. Couldn't take her for the vet yet because of finantial issues, but I'm willing to take her now after reading this.
She eats kitten dry food and sometimes sache wet food, she looks really healthy. She had problem with fleas, but I already solved the issue.
She only leaves this where she sleeps.

I am constantly picking up these things with my hand and trowing them away, they are hard and dry.

I would bag some up and bring them into your vet, I'll bet they can look at them under a microscope and figure out what they are. Make sure you tell us!

Yup exactly the point I was thinking. Need a microscope to tell what these are. Looks like nits of some sort but can't tell from pictures.

If she's had fleas since you've had her, she will need to be dewormed again. She should see a vet.

I know it's gross but they clearly look like tape worm segments. I think your baby needs a visit to the vet either way. Wash your hands[emoji]128556[/emoji] We've all been there picking that up wondering what it is!!

I've been there...you will be fine. Have her sleep on a towel until you get her to the vet. She has been living with these a few months now so I wouldn't shun her too much because of these. It's a simple fix a tapeworm pill now and one in two weeks. She ate a flea and it did this inside of her. Give her a little love [emoji]10084[/emoji]️ until it's all taken care of it's not her fault.

Tapeworms aren't horrible they just need agressive treatment. Make sure, if it is that, you get at least two treatments. With how long shes had it you probably want to recheck after the second treatment to make sure it is 100% clear.

She has been sleeping on my bed all the time. Is It dangerous to me?

I am a human doctor, not a vet.  Those little objects could perhaps be Feline tapeworm segments, but it is notoriously difficult to diagnose from a photograph and they should be confirmed as tapeworm segments by a vet before any further action is taken.

Cats acquire tapeworms from fleas and infected raw meat.  The most common feline tapeworms are the Taenia species and echinococcus but these are not a common human infestation and I have never heard of a human cross infestation from a cat in over sixty years of medical practice.

In order to be infested, a human would have to eat the same infested raw meat as the cat has been given - most unlikely in any civilised community - or to swallow a cat flea from an infested cat.  This latter is conceivable but again most unlikely.   Whatever,  as posted by @hexiesfriend, you should have your kitten sleep on a towel.   And of course you must wash  your hands before meals and after handling these little objects until matters have been resolved by your vet.

With all best wishes, and please keep us posted,

Geoffrey

Great reply, thanks.
I can try putting a Tower for her, but there is absolutely no sure she will sleep only on that, she is used to sleep with me. I will take her to the vet next month, and let you guys updated.
