I feel so bad I got home today when I saw the pan on fire... I think my wife went on to check on our daughter. I rushed into the house when the cat came out of its room and I kicked it. As soon as I put out the pan, I looked for it and found it comforted him and thought everything was okay. He got up onto his table (1 meter high) so I went out to do shopping. When I came I glanced in a room and saw cat limping, that was 3 hours later.

It would limp and not put any weight on its foot. I also later on found him sleeping in a litter box for the first time.

I took it out and started touching his leg and at a point it squeeled and tried to bite me. I located the area to tell the vet, unfortunately the vet is out until wednesday.

I did contact him over the facebook, he said most likely broken bone, however when I asked if that would be the case and do we need to put a split... he replied he doesn't do them anymore because the cats always take them off. Duh???  He said few options is a metal clip 300-400 usd.... or just painkillers and calcium supplement.

I dont know, I feel bad about it, specially worried it might not be able to walk anymore properly and limp all the time. Worst part I cant take him or her to the clinic as it is closed until wednesday.

Deep breath, everyone has kicked their cat at some point. Total accident.

As to the injury, until you can get the cat to the vet your best bet is to put him in a confined space. Ideally a crate or cage just big enough for a litter box, food, water and to lay in. That will limit movement so that your cat doesn't injure the leg further. If you have a closet without shelves that would also work. The goal is limited movement and no jumping. Most likely, if it is broken and the break is a simple break, the vet will have you keep the cat crated for 6-8 weeks until the bone fully heals.

Short Story: I know it is hard, I really really do, but despite any complaints from your cat confined/limited movement will allow the leg to heal properly. Hopefully it isn't broken and confinement for the next few days will just be a precaution. I just went through a broken leg ordeal with my cat. So I know what confinement means and I know that it will likely be the best option (depending on what x-rays show when you can get to the vet).

Long Story: My boy came home with a broken leg in late September. We were given the option of cage rest for 8 weeks or surgery to stabilize the break with pins. Knowing how hyper my boy is I opted for surgery hoping that reinforcement would have him back on his feet quicker. So one surgery and two pins later he was on house arrest for 8 weeks that ended in late November. The second week of December he was limping again, the pin had failed and broken through the side of his bone. Most likely, because he is hyper and big. The vet removed the pins and put a splint on with a crate rest order for 3 weeks (she's against splints too but hoped that the splint would stay on within the confines of the crate and keep him from moving too much). The crate was just big enough for a small litter box, water bowl, food dish and a cat bed to lay in. We hung a toy from the top and would scatter toys around for him to reach for. He also enjoyed being put in his carrier for cleaning the crate and hanging out with us in different rooms in the carrier. Within 5 days, while confined in a small crate, my boy had wiggled the splint out of place and had an emergency vet visit to remove it at 10pm. He stayed in the crate for 2 more weeks. Then we had 3 more weeks of house bound to regain muscle tone. Just this past weekend he went outside again but he has a curfew and if he starts limping again we are going back. His last x-rays though showed it healing well.
