Moe's "fixed", but.....

Greetings All!

This might be a strange question or maybe I'm just uninformed, but it's a new one for me so I hope somebody can shed some light. I've always had male cats and they've always been neutered. However, my crazy cat Moe, now about one year old and fixed at about 6 months old gets (how do I say this delicately?)- aroused and there's no mistaking it! I do not recall ever seeing this with my previous male cats and just wondered if this is normal?

This can happen from time to time, and could just be a dominance issue for this cat. Try and distract him, by hissing, or clapping your hands to startle him out of the behavior when you witness it.
