I have 3 cats. I'm looking into switching my senior cat to a renal diet since he has CRF. The cost of that diet is $55 per month approximately. That leaves me with a narrower margin and therefore needing to really conserve costs for the other two cats.
I'm needing to keep their food at around $20 per cat per month. They are very active (one kitten and one 4 year old cat who rules the house with an iron paw.) So realistically they'll need 8 oz of canned food each per day.
I'm thinking of going with the 13 oz 4Health cans for my two healthy cats. https://www.google.com/search?q=4He...AUICCgC&biw=375&bih=559#imgrc=H5IBavn3bjuINM:
The 5.5 oz 4Health grain free cans are beyond my budget. It would cost me about $30 per cat to feed the younger cats that.
Any long term experiences with the large 4Health cans? Any other ways of feeding them for $20 each per month that I haven't considered?
I know that Friskies pates are decent and would fit my budget as well. Which is healthier, Friskies or 4Health?
