So she's eating fine in the mornings, but not eating the rest of the day?  I would not mix the dry and wet foods, but feed them separately.  It's ok to leave out the dry food to see if she'll nibble on it throughout the day (if you want...for now while she's young), but then feed the wet food by itself 3 or 4 times a day.  Also, what is the food you got form the Vet?  I would think you could get ANY kitten food from a Pet Supply Store and that would be fine.  Even Fancy Feast Kitten Food should be fine just to get her to eat.  It's ok to switch up wet food, you just don't want to do that with dry without mixing it with the old dry food.

Thank you so much for the advice its my first kitten i only used to having dogs (Maltese) .

she is not a fan of wet food ?? I bought her the purina select essentials from the vet .

I took her in to the vet yesterday she looks good and has not lost any weight has big stools , the vet told me cats like to eat during the night they are nocturnal ?? and to leave her food out when she is hungry she will eat , new home lots of fun things to do ?? does this sound right ?? just leave it there she will eat?

Many cats don't know what wet food is if all they've ever eaten is kibble.  Some take to it immediately, others need to be shown what it is, basically
And cats can be extremely particular about what they will and will not eat

cannot seem to find Purine Select Essentials to read what they are about, but I still say maybe try Fancy Feast Kitten (wet food) and see if she'll eat it.   Some cats prefer pate form, some prefer shredded food, sme prefer slices, etc.  Also, some prefer chicken, some tuna, some turkey, lamb, etc.  Some like a huge variety, some want the same thing every day.  If you want your furbaby to eat wet, and she is not readily accepting of it, you simply need to find the type and flavor of food she likes.  Sometimes you need to use crushed dry food or treats as a topper for the wet food in order to get them interested in it.

Yes, cats are nocturnal creatures, for the most part.   In nature they truly are, although many house cats end up sleeping when their people sleep, because they like to be with them.  I can atest to that because every time I wake up to roll over, I have to make sure I'm not rolling over onto a cat
Anyway, nocturnal means they she probably would eat at night if she had food left out to eat.  It is not quite try, however, that if you leave it there she will eat.  If a cat doesn't like their food, they will practically starve themselves rather than eat.  I've witnessed that with my cats too.  If I serve up something they don't like, they absolutey won't eat it.  They will beg and beg me for something else rather than eat what's sitting right in front of them.  I don't give in, and hours later that food is still sitting there
(my cats are adult, so I'm not worried that they can't go without a meal...a growing kitten, on the other hand, should not go for too long without eating something.  Plus, I feed 3 meals a day, and for the next meal I give them something else to make sure they'll eat)

New home, lots to do?  Yes, cats are very curious by nature and especially kittens,  If you had a Nanny Cam, you'd be surprised at all the things she's doing when you aren't looking.  You kitten proofed your house, didn't you?  http://www.thecatsite.com/t/276286/safe-proofing-house-for-new-kitten

she gets more quiet at night in the day she plays around alot , wont too many changes hurt her GI tract? with the fancy feast ?? its Purina food from vet essentials

This is supposed to be the easy period, right? Kittens will eat anything! Yeah, nope! I have a picky one that came from a shelter and he keeps trying to cover his wet food. It seems like there is a window of opportunity for kittens to introduce wet or dry.  If she likes her dry food during the day, I would just offer that.  I also tried Kitten Milk Replacement (KMR from PetSmart) and while picky man wouldn't touch it, his "brother" laps it up with gusto so it may be worth a try. I use the premixed cans but they aren't cheap. Maybe $7 a can. Worth a try.

So she doesn't really like dry food, OR wet food?  What exacatly is it she's eating in the morning?  Which does she like best?  How much is she eating at that time?

It shouldn't disturb her GI tract to give her different wet foods.  It's when you switch up dry foods that it could upset their digestive tracts.  That's why with dry foods yo introduce those slowly by mixing them.

With kittens, most people feed them 3 or 4 times a day at least, and lots of people leave dry food out for them all the time for them to nibble on whenever they like, especially at night.  What was the breeder feeding her...have you called them to ask how well she ate for them?

Have your brought her to see a vet yet?
If not this would be a good idea. It's possible she isn't feeling very well but only a doctor would know for sure. Cats are very good at hiding pain so you really might not know, especially since you just met her yourself.

I still say talk to the breeder and ask them if this was her normal pattern.  Is this nibbling of 5 - 6 what she does even first thing in the morning?  I thought you said she eats pretty well first thing.  AND, I thought you were feeding WET Purina Essentials, yet here you say Wet Food is Royal Canin Development, so I'm confused.

Please try to better clarify.  What wet and dry food was it that you mixed together that she pigged out on that first time? (You've only tried ONE dry food, correct?  That's the Persian Royal Canin Kitten Food??)   Have you tried that combination again in the last few days even though I advised you not to?  I kind of got the impression she liked wet food best, but seems I was incorrect in that assumption

Hello thank you for taking your time to nswer me ,

I came home with persian kitten dry , i thouht she did not like it bought royal canine developement can , does not really eat it .... then the vet suggested purina essentials dry and wet she prefers dry from what i can tell i am mixing both dry foods together , she eats grazes all morning on her dry food , today i also gave 2 tsp of royal canine developement can she ate it .... around noon went to sleep its now 4 pm still sleeping ?? she changed alot from the first 4 days home , she naps more and has a few bouts of playing , but explores the home especially the kitchen and she looks for crumbs to eat , did she find something on the floor and keeps looking for more ??? i dont know im a neat freak so not sure ?? then last few days she gets up from napping at wtv time plays a bit and starts to eat again another 30 kibbles before bed , but she does not eat 1/2 cup no where near i would assume 1/4 -1/3 a day .i think she is also teething chewing on wtv she can find? can these cause a decrease in apetite ??

maybe try going back to the persian kitten dry, since that's what she was supposedly raised on.  See if she'll eat that with gusto again.  Maybe what she doesn't like is the Purina essentials, and since it's mixed in, she now just picks at her food.  Sounds like she's obviously hungry though, since she's spending her time in the kitchen appearing to look for food.  Kittens DO sleep a lot though, just like babies.  But she should also wake up full of energy and have big bursts of eating and playing.

And I still say to contact the breeder for suggestions.  I don't really know anything specific to Persians, but don't know why they would require any specific food.  Just know they need lots of grooming
