All kittens are doing fab, just three and Lilly laboured quite a while between kittens, but she's doing brilliantly! Back to eating lots and using litter box, she's started leaving the nest once the Babies are sleeping.

I've been weighing them since I got my new scales yesterday morning, they're gazing around 12-15 grams per 24hours, is this ok? They currently weigh;
First born - 155g
Second born - 145g
Third born - 165g
It's now 36 hours since she had the first

I've got some KMR and syringes just incase

The weight gain is fabulous! No supplementing needed at present. All sounds well! [emoji]128077[/emoji]

They're so cute! Yes, gaining 15 grams a day is great. They should be gaining at least 10 a day.

Actually now I'm not sure if #2 is a torbie. #1 definitely is, so that means she's a girl, and #3 is definitely a boy. I guess you could try to match #2 to both of them and see which one is a match!

I'm almost certain #2 & #3 are boys! If I'm looking at their bottoms right according to google lol! #2 is like a grey white and black stripy mix! And #3 is going a lovely charcoal grey on his legs and underneath! Lilly has done amazingly well I'm so proud of her! Glad their weights are good, she must have a good milk supply x

She's doing wonderful thanks mazie! She's took to motherhood like a duck to water! She's happy to leave the nest now and nip downstairs for loves and treats, but she's straight back to them before they wake up, she snuggles them up and purrs so much, she just looks so happy when she's with them, we are really proud of her x

Willowy what do you think is #2 a torbie? I've not really got a clue when it comes to colour genetics, #3 has some faint tabby lines in him when the lights just right, they're all so pretty! Mummy cat doing an amazing job still.

They're all gaining a good amount, I'm weighing them 12 hourly, and comparing every 24 hours, they're gaining between 13g & 19g is that too much?

If their mama is feeding them they can't gain "too much", it's just like nursing babies. Some are fatter than others but they're all getting what they need from mama.

From the pictures it's kind of hard to tell if #2 is a torbie. I do see some reddish bits but that could be brown shading instead. If it is torbie it has to be a girl. So if you're pretty sure it's a boy he's just tabby with reddish-brown shading. Black kittens do usually have ghost tabby stripes but most of the time those fade with age.

Today's weights are
#1 228g
#2 196g (he was the smallest)
#3 235g

Does this all seem ok?

Also I'm a
Little worries about #2 (the smaller one) he's eating and moving and growing just fine, however he sounds like he needs to clear his throats when he's breathing or trying to meow, no other signs he's other than normal, but worried about him. Rang the vet to see if I could get him checked and take them all in, he told me to stay away from them until they're 4weeks old and see what happens!! I was shocked to say the least!

It sounds like #2 may need an antibiotic. Can you ring another vet?

I'll try another vet tomorrow as its emergency only today, he doesn't do it all the time just now and then. I was fuming when he said that, and he spoke to me like I was an idiot!

We have named them,
#1 is Rajha (tiger from Aladdin)
#2 is stripes (he has racing stripes down his back)
#3 is Oreo (black and white)
