My cat has been acting weird lately we became aware that she is pregnant a couple of days ago via the vet we had our suspicions, we have only recently got her about a week ago and a couple of days ago she started going under the bed looking for little spots we have noticed her being extremely cuddly and some clear fluid coming from her vagina, she is very restless can't sit still and when she does lay down she tosses and turns we have seen and felt some movement in her belly and noticed she has been purring a lot more then usual and a lot louder when she does she still has a really good appetite and when she comes out from under the bed will go to her scratching post and gets a little play full, her nipples are pink and quite big are filled with milk, she keeps licking herself a lot and especially in her lady area, she has been acting restless the last couple of nights and tonight she acting really different someone please help is she going in to labour or does it sound like she will be far off it

It sounds as very near. Hours away perhaps!  Help her with a nest in some cozy place for her, where she can feel safe.  But where you can reach her....  And read on.

She has probably just a small litter, as she obviously  isnt very big.

Rub her tummy if she wants and allows.  Prepare as well you can.  Get home some goats milk or kitten mothermilk repacement milk, a scale, so you can weight the kittens every day...

Good luck!.

Yes, updating is important - one we DO worry.   Second, it happens people dont write because they got trouble and are busy.   And return for report too late to get meangingsful advices...  They lost too long time by not reporting in time...  Very frustrating for us trying to advise and help...

I mean, its far away always when we can give good advices.  But its very frustrating when our advices would help....

She hasn't come out of her nest since we've sighted the plug, could this mean it will be happening soon she doesn't really seem to be in any discomfort or distressed at all though and will she make any noticeable sounds while in labor or while having contractions

Thsi with sounds differs.  Some shows it hurts, but its common they keep quiet.  I expect yours, whom is hidding as they do in nature, will try and camouflage her discomfort as long as possible.

In nature, moaning and crying aloud when delivering is dangerous, it asks for trouble...     But count the early prelabor has started.  This phase may be quite long.  Its the active pushing phase we dont want too long - with cats its typically shorter than with humans.

Under armpit its  lower about a full degree than in teh behind.  So the temp probably hasnt dropped as yet.   Good you take it in the armpit, though, its less stressing for her.

Ok, so her temp is dropping, as is common shortly before the delivery.   Apparently its proceeding, step for step.

It sounds entirely normal so far.   Watch out, and enjoy.   Few of the average people have a chance to see and witness.   :)
