Obsessed with leg hair?

My cat Simon is really a one person cat. That person is me. He really doesn't interact with my husband unless he has to. EXCEPT -- when we are eating dinner Simon loves to sniff my husband's leg hair. He'll do it all the way through dinner.

Does it just feel good (tickle) his nose? Why would he do this?

It's not a problem, just something strange. Any ideas?

Simon is not alone about sniffing hair!
I had a cat named DumDum who used to jump on the backrest of the sofa when a man sat there and sniff out his hair as long as the guy sat there and it wouldn't matter if the person moved his head. The funny thing it had to be male. He never bothered with ladies.
I have no idea why he did it. But it's hilarious, don't you think?

That is strange...We use to have a cat that would drool when it got by your hair...drove the kids nuts...
