I noticed the other night that on my cats bottom lip she had fur loss and a cluster or red lesions. The area is wet almost like fluid. Shes not acting like it hurts. Shes 3 and an indoor cat.

I can only say to bring her to the vet. Looks like something is not OK.
I doubt an internet advise is a safe way to proceed.
Cats are good in hiding their pain and problems.
Even she is the only cat in the house, dont eliminate contagion as a cause of the problem.
