As I read before, my cat sometimes gets blood in her poop...not a lot & not all the time but I am wondering if it is because I give her milk sometimes...my vet said to not give her milk but growing up in a farm, our cats always drank milk & seemed to be just fine plus Meowlison just loves it. I give her dried food in the morning & either a small can at lunch & supper or just a large can at supper.....she is constantly hungry!!! Could the milk be causing the bloody poop? Need suggestions...also, the vet did a fecal sample & found no parasites...

Many cats are lactose intolerant so it could be causing it.  You can  get cat milk at the pet store that you could give as an occasional treat.  It's not the KMR for orphans, I don't remember who makes it though.  Most kitties can also tolerate goat's milk.  I know at least where I live it tends to be a little expensive but that could be an option.  I would think that the lactose free milk, I think it's called Lactaid, could also be used.  Whatever you choose it should be considered a treat so a very small amount occasionally.

Definitely stop with the milk. Has she been dewormed?

How old is she? Feeding her once a day doesn't sound like enough. Maybe she needs more frequent, smaller meals.
