I noticed earlier tonight while my kitten was sleeping that his breathing was different than normal. In the video link, you'll see that he takes a breath, then a small shallower breath after that. You'll see that he also has some twitching in the torso as well. Is this normal?

Yesterday, I also noticed that he would shake his back legs while being held or while falling asleep (though none of that today). He is 7 months old and relatively healthy. We've had him for 3 months. His appetite is slightly less today (but he ate 3/4 whole bowl of food overnight). He's going to the litter box normally and has been his normal playful self  today.

He is still currently twitching/breathing as described, while sleeping, as I type this.

Any advice or input would be appreciated. Thanks!

I don't think anyone here can make that call because we are not vets. If you are worried about your cat's heart, get a vet to do a checkup to set your mind at ease.
