My 14 months old cat, Felix, has had yellow brown stains on his fur since I've adopted him. Even after being bathed, he looks dirty because of it. Can anyone recommend a natural way to remove the stains or a home alternative to expensive shampoos?

You are not clear if the stains are all over or if they are eye groove stains (common on Persians and other flat faced cats), nor have you said what color Felix is supposed to be.  Is he pure white?  Is he a Siamese mix?   Are you sure these are really stains and not his natural colors?  You said he is 14 months old.  How long have you had him?

This is Daisy. I have no idea what kind of car she is. She found me and I took her in and love her but would like to know more about her. Anyone's help would be so much appreciated. Thanks

What a beautiful kitty!

She looks a lot like a gorgeous, long-haired Calico!

He is persian. Black and white, tuxedo fur. These stains are in his tummy and paws. I think these are stains because the lower ends of the fur are white. I will try attaching a photo once i'm on my laptop.

The staining on the paws are probably from him washing his face. Tummy area, I am not sure about unless he gets it wet somehow. Best thing to do is keep his face absolutely clean. Most stains have to grow out - if you try to bleach them out it makes the hair more apt to stain. You can try Eye Envy - it does work and will not cause the staining problem. I suggest getting the refrigerated kind since I feel it works much better than the other.  It can be found on line search Eye Envy) or if you have dog shows in your area it is usually sold there by the vendors.
