He is white with a grey patch on his head. And it looks like a tabby is escaping from his tail. His tail is grey and striped

That tabby tail, and grey patch, gives him such a unique look.
Ru sure looks like he enjoys soft places and snuggles.
Does he manage to jump okay, being a tripod kitty?
Or do you have to place some carpeted steps near the bed, for him to get up, on it?

He doesn't get on my bed but the girls beds are pretty close to the ground. He seems to jump fine from short distances. About 2 feet. Ove been looking for a cat tree with ramps.

2 feet is pretty high to jump.
They should have cat tree's with ramps...but if you don't find one, ...maybe they sell just the 'ramp part'.
One of our members, @mickNsnicks2mom, had a thread posted about 'wall furniture'. You probably do not need the wall furniture part, because it may be too high, but the thread may give you other ideas about carpeted ramps, and cat trees, too.

Post #11 mentions an online place that will give you other ideas, too.
If you are handy, you can even attempt to make your own 'ramps', by buying the wooden shelves or wood at the lumber store, and using carpet pieces to cover it...or putting on wooden cleats for the traction part. Maybe your human girls are artistic and creative, and can design something that works.
Ru looks to me, like he gets on fine, and nothing will stop him. (He might not even like using ramps, in that case.)
I'd wait and see how he does.
(My one cat likes sleeping on the cat bed on the floor, the other likes the bed, and the third likes the closet, or under the sofa. They are all different.)
