Perfectly normal!

Lots of cats of multi-colored paw pads. The colors correspond genetically to the coat colors. If the cat has several colors, most likely their paws will reflect those hues.

Most black cats have black paws, most white cats have pink.Gray cats? Pink or sort of a light purple. Noses tend to be the same thing.  Sometimes you can figure out what their background might be from those colors.  With out Tortie, the parts of fur on her feet that are lighter show pinker pads - where there is dark fur - black pads.  She had extremely multi-toned feet!
