What kind of skin issue does she have?

Hi everyone,

My cat is having some scabs near the chin area T_T. It seems like feline acne, but I am not really sure.

Here's a picture of what it looks like now:


The vet doesn't allow walk-ins and the appointment will be sometime after this Saturday. I am really worried now and want to know what I can do to help with this condition. Does anyone know what this is and how to treat it?
