My cat has been limping on right front leg for a few weeks. When you lift it's leg & paw to look at it, it acts fine and doesn't hiss or try to bite me, so I'm wondering if it isn't arthritis.

A couple months ago the same thing happened...except it was the 'left' front leg, but it eventually got better.

My cat is around 7 years old in 'people' years and weighs 14 pounds. She usually jumps up 2 feet to get on things, but lately if she tries it, she ends up limping worse.

Any comments would be appreciated.

it's certainly possible at the age of 7.  Impossible for us to say for certain though.  You could try adding some Cosequin to her food and see if that helps, but it's also possible she sprained that leg somehow.  Sounds like that's what happened before with the other leg.

Poor kitty! I had a kitty years ago that had arthritis. I discovered it after he lashed out at my other kitty and me several times. I took him to the vet and explained it to her. She prescribed an injectable (marketed for canines) at a small dose and it was AWESOME. It's called Adequan. He got one injection from me every 6 weeks. It eased his joint pain and his wonderfully sweet personality returned for the last years of his life (he made it to 15 wonderful years!). Just a suggestion for a solution if you have an upcoming vet appointment.

Might want to get her weight down a little. Less pounds on those joints.
