Ask her to show you how to stimulate him to poop as well, so you can help him at home. It's good he likes the laser treatments! [emoji]128522[/emoji]

Well, Bob did good with the laser treatment again today and he finally pooped just a little bit again today on his own. He was completely full of urine again though but the vet showed and explained how hard to express him. So, how soon exactly can i get moo moo fixed? I feel like she needs to get done the sooner the better. She's very temperamental (I know part of it is bcz of the babies). I think it might help her to calm down a little and have a more even temperament. Sometimes when I leave the door open for everyone to roam around she actually searches for my male cat to attack him, others she could care less about anything or anyone in the house. Will it help? And how soon can she go? Also, I don't think I've ever heard Bob purr, is that normal? I know, full of questions like usual lol

Nursing moms are still hormonal, which is why she is attacking the male cat in order to protect her babies. I recommend that she be spayed when the kittens are 8 weeks old, so not too much longer. Mom cats can also be fussy when their kittens begin exploring. It's harder for her to babysit them, and she begins disciplining them to teach them manners. It's all normal!

Good Bob pooped a little on his own. He will purr eventually!

So I'm trying to find a cat diaper for Bob (I made some but the poop comes out bcz they don't have elastic around the legs). Has anyone used the ones they sell online and how good r they? I don't know when I'll have the money for them but he needs something that I can put desitin on him with as well as not worry he will poop out of. His hair is starting to grow back down there since I've been emptying his bladder! He has been missing it since he was 3 days old really. He's doing well but still no sign of going on his own just yet unfortunately.

Those diapers r way to large as I have already looked at those, and the expense would be huge in the ones that r disposable. I don't see where they will custom make them, but he needs some with elastic in the legs that r like 7.5 inches around the waist. I've thought about seeing if a tailoring place would possibly just make them for me if I gave them the stuff and the size that I needed. Think that might work?

Sure, you can do that.

It says on the Etsy site that the diapers can be custom made. Under "Add to Cart" there is a button that says "Request a Custom Order". It is written in orange. Look under the picture of the diapers.

How about baby diapers?  Ones with the elastic in the legs, for young toddlers, I can't remember.  It's been many, many years since I have used disposable diapers for my children.

I sent a request on the custom order tab to see what they say, and I'm going to call a tailoring place and see what they say. I really just need someone who is a good seamstress and wants to make a few extra dollars and I'll pay them for however long they want to make them for me.

Sarthur2 Sarthur2 ur idea worked! The link u sent for the cloth ones that u can custom order says they will be able to put elastic and shrink them down for me! I gave them measurements just a minute ago and asked how long it would take before they could ship. If they come out right then those ppl have my business for as long as they will custom make them for! Thank u so so much!

Sure! I'm so glad it's working out. You'll need bigger ones when Bob gets bigger, unless he becomes able to go on his own. We'd love to see a picture of Bob with his new diapers when they come! [emoji]128522[/emoji]

O absolutely! In a few months I'm going to have a full work up done on him if he hasn't started to go on his own to see what can be done at that point. Money will be better and he will be bigger so it should work out right. He was just jumping through the kitty hole in the bathroom door from one side to the other with his big brother lol. They r so adorable! He is walking a lot better though still bow legged in the back and lots of bunny hops but way way less falling over. So proud of him [emoji]128518[/emoji]

He's most definitely a happy baby. I had to give him an enema yesterday that I got from the vet. I felt absolutely terrible about it too! He almost immediately took to pooping out the hardest poop ever. I still don't think he got it all but I wasn't about to do that to him again that soon. I figure I'll see what he's looking like today and go from there. I could literally feel everything that was backed up in there yesterday when I was expressing his bladder (thank God I noticed it at the vet). I don't get why he is always constipated with the hardest poop ever. Is it just bcz he isn't pushing it out soon enough or is it his diet? I hate doing that to him even when I know he needs it.

It probably dries out inside him. Is he eating wet food? That will help soften it. Also put drops of olive oil in the wet food. You can buy infant glycerin suppositories, shave off a tiny piece, and insert it. It will bring on a poop in a few minutes with stimulation.

Bob purred today! [emoji]128525[/emoji][emoji]128518[/emoji]I was so excited! It was adorable, but it sure didn't last very long unfortunately. At least I know his vibrator isn't broken! They always have dry food available all the time, and I was taking it and putting it in water in the fridge to let it get all mushy and adding olive oil to the one Bob was eating. None of that helped any apparently as it was hard as a rock in there. I went and got some 9 lives canned food last night and fed it to him last night when he finally woke up after his poop expedition. That apparently did it (or the rest of the enema) cause he was covered in poop (like idk how he even got it where he had it). I figured cheap canned food would do it for him. I guess at this point I can just keep switching his food around so he always should have diareah.
