A package of cut up watermelon. I'm proud of myself. Usually when I buy fruit like that it goes bad and it ends up in the trash. But I actually ate the whole thing.

Oatmeal also but with ceylon cinnamon, raisins, flaxseed and almond milk.
a handful of mini pretzels, and some carob pudding -- saved that after my brunch, for a 'pick me up' when i finished the daily household chores.
