Just had some oatmeal with sliced apples and raspberries.
Is it just me?.. Oatmeal always make me feel so full.. i have half a cup but ugh.. i feel like i need a nap now

walnuts and roasted, unsalted almonds
two pieces of toast with some margarine and lemon jelly, and 4 fried eggs -- yes, 4 of them, because the spaghetti sauce i'll be making this evening won't have any meat/protein in it. and 4 vanilla sandwich cookies.

Wow! This is shockingly mesmerizing (seriously!) I ate a bag of baked chips. Which I think are delicious!
A toasted seeded bagel with garden vegetable cream cheese and two Tofurky Artisan sausage, spinach pesto. Italian granny approved.
