Too early to decide. Depends on whether or not we have power. Heat turned up just in case we lose it.

yup.. I just turned the heat up also... just in case....lazy day.. gotta jump in the shower--like now.. but I am so lazy today..

and I found my snow pants, hoodie, and thermal underwear from LL Bean (very warm)...

gotta get my snow gloves (LL Bean also--have Raynauds so my hands are always cold) and dig out my boots...

I have a flashlight, a camp lantern, and a battery powered radio..

I am a pro for when the power goes out... seriously, most of this was from when my dad was alive and I had to provide for him...

The clothes stuff is from when I was working, and HAD to get in and out of work, no matter what..

I am going to have a breakfast casserole. (I am disabled do to chronic pain caused by shoulder and biceps tendon surgery in 2000 and I also have an

entrapped ulnar nerve.) I have a helper and she will make it for me. It's called Christmas Breakfast Casserole but I like breakfast for dinner.  It

has about 8 eggs, sausage.Brioche bread toasted and cubed, milk, a bit of dry mustard, and sharp cheddar cheese. It makes a lot, 9x13 pan.

baked for about 45 mins and oh so good. cold and snowy here today so perfect.

A fried egg sammich.  Again, I have forgotten to take anything out of the freezer!  Good grief, my mind is going!

Chicken Pot Pie. Not homemade, Swanson's.  I was lazy tonight - it was one of my "emergency dinners".

I had a bagel this morning, pizza for lunch, and my two top molars are throbbing.

We went with the eggs last night so I think tonight will be the caesar salad with either shrimp or scallops.

I will have the Breakfast Casserole that R.J, was going to make yesterday as she didn't make it in because of the snow.

Snow?  I envy you.  I know it can be inconvenient, but as a transplant to the south, after a couple of years in Anchorage, I miss snow.

Baked chicken with cauliflower in a garlic sauce.  I FINALLY remembered to open the freezer!  SIGH...it is almost entirely chicken or pork chops.  Those tend to be my "go to" meats, because they are quick and easy.
