I don't even know what this is..? Help?

Hi, my cat (Leve) has had a weird stump on her mewclaw for all of her adult life. She's about 5 years old now. I checked on it tonight and found something wasn't right, it was grown. It was larger than last time, I figured it was normal back then but now i'm concerned it's a health issue.

I was unable to get a picture since I only have a front camera on my tablet. So imagine the mewclaw with a strange 3cm rectangle coming out of the top-middle of the pad part.

When I touch it, wiggle it, or even slightly with very little energy pull it, she doesn't react. So she has no pain from it.

Whoops, accidentally put 3cm. Meant 1cm, no idea how that happened. I can't find an edit button.

I'd have a vet take a look at the claw. If you can borrow a regular digital camera or smartphone from someone, you can take a picture of the claw and email it to your vet, assuming your vet uses email.
