Kitten lethargic, shivering and can't walk anymore, PLEASE HELP?

Hi, 

I took a stray kitten with a broken paw/bone in with me and although she had a broken leg she was very very active and playful for the first 2 days. Today I come home to her not even being able to walk anymore, not eating, shivering and very lethargic. I've called the vet and he will hopefully will be here in a few hours. But can anybody please tell me what's wrong with the kitty? She is probably 1.5 months old. 

I'm glad you called the vet and I hope he is able to bring  some relief to poor kitty.  Sorry I don't have anything helpful to offer. 

is there no emergency vet care near you? that is where the cat needs to be!
