Hi everyone!

My name is Debby and I have 3 ornery young cats, Bam Bam, Pip and Opie. My husband & I live in the countryside in WY and are enjoying (for the most part) our first winter here. I found out about TCS from a friend on a poultry website and look forward to meeting you plus learning more about these great little buddies of mine.

This is Opie, our youngest. He's almost 4 months old.

Here's Bam Bam, my big boy. He's 7 months old and a very mellow guy (unless there's a Christmas tree involved).

This is our girl, Pip, also 7 months old. She's a hard one to photograph because she doesn't sit still for long.

Hi Lisa!

Yep, Bam has ear tufts...the only one of the 3 that does. We were told Bam & Pip were litter mates but also heard that 2 females had litters at the same time so we're not sure they're true brother/sister (although they treat each other like that, lol). And you know Opie, our little foundling, he's the softest, fuzziest, cuddliest one of the 3.

Your Spuds is a totally reborn cat from the tiny little guy you found in your barn. Love his blue eyes!

This will be fun to have a place to compare Opies

Totally agree this will be a fun place to be! Spuds' eyes turned green now but they are still pretty and he has turned into a spunky little "snot". He doesn't like to be held unless it's his choosing [emoji]128518[/emoji] Opie is as carefree and lovable as can be. He loves to sleep in front of the fireplace or on top of the heat register. Opie prefers the back of a chair or his cat bed in the window. Two totally different kittens but both lovable[emoji]128522[/emoji]

They all do have their own personalities (or is that purr-sonalities, ha!). Bam is pretty independent but will get in my lap for an occasional snuggle...but if I have to move even an inch, he's down and off again. Pip goes back and forth non-stop between sitting on DH's lap or putting her face right in mine. Opie is my boy, he follows me around and jumps in my lap at every opportunity.

Yep, different but all great!

Opie is everybody's boy around here. He's the first one the guys pick up when they are home. He doesn't run like Spuds does. I love them both equally though. I'm going to have to get my sister to join this site as she has 2 cats...might take some doing though[emoji]128518[/emoji]

Welocome!! Your babies are gorgeous! The first dog I've ever owned was named Bam Bam[emoji]128522[/emoji] I don't hear that name very often. I look forward to seeing more photos of those precious kitty's..

Thanks Nicky, good to know there are some ready-made friends here!

Wish I could take photos as well as you, but I'll keep practicing

Thank you for the welcome!

Our Bam Bam came to us already named but somehow it fits him. A guy that worked for my husband had to give him up when he found out there were allergies in the family. We've had Bam and Pip since they were just a few weeks old. Opie showed up at our door the day after Thanksgiving, we figure he must have been dumped as there isn't anyone close by (we're pretty much out in the boondocks).

It took some adjusting, but now all 3 cats have formed a great friendship and it's a lot of fun watching how they all interact.

Thanks again for saying hello

How do you change avatars...haven't figured that out on BYC either?
You have to be on desktop. If your not, go to the bottom of the page as far as it will go. There is an option (mobile ) (desktop) click on desktop and click your avatar. It will take you to your profile. To change you avatar, click the icon below your avatar. It's the same as on BYC. I hope I made sense, I'm terrible at giving instructions. :dk:
