Hi @saim

Welcome to The Cat Site. It's not that uncommon for a cat to give birth to still born kittens and then to deliver a healthy litter later. If she is eating well and doesn't seem to be in any distress she is probably OK. I suggest you keep her inside and confined to one room for now. You don't want her to get out and have her kittens in a place where you can't watch over them.

Do you have a room set up for her? She will need a choice of nesting boxes, a litter box not too close by and food and water.

Some of our advisers will be online with more information soon.

Just to confirm what Norachan said.  If momma is well and no signs of troubles, you can observe and wait for the regular delivery for the others, still alive kittens inside her.  Have her inside, let her know you have her nest prepared (she probably wont take it before its time).  Let her have good food - kitten type.

Make sure you know how to reach your vet, IF there are any more complications.  Get home some kitten mother milk replacement or goats milk, so you are prepared extra. A scale, so you can follow their development, and see they incerease as they should.  some sort of heating pad (rice in a sock, heated up in micro works)

Kittens unlike human babies, manage badly premature deliveries.  so these were chanceless.  But if two or three days early they can manage, esp if you are prepared and fight on.

Welcome back with reports and any questions if you need them!
