Pro tip: The font is IMPACT, which should be standard with any Windows OS. You don't need Photoshop -- just go to http://www.pixlr.com which is pretty much a browser-based Photoshop, just without the super advanced features. Open your favorite cat photo, hit the "A" icon on the left to add text, select "IMPACT" from the drop-down, and type your message. To get the border effect on the text, select "Layers" in the drop-down at the top, then "Layer Styles," then "Outer Glow." Set "Hardness" to the highest setting, select black as the "Outer Glow" color, then set "Size" to anywhere between 8 and 12, depending on the size of the text and the image. And that's it! Then you just save your picture as a .jpg and you've meme'd your kitteh!
