Hi, I'm new. So my cat Mocha got her head stuck in between the pantry door and it was unnoticed. I just found her and have no idea how long she was there. She's not walking well, but can walk when she does though she flops over. She's very unbalanced. She's eating though. She can move her head, her legs, and body. She can even purr.

Can you think back to the last time you fed her and saw her?  Is the pantry somewhere the cat likes to hide.

You say she's moving her body a bit, but she can't walk?  She may be dehydrated.

I strongly suggest you take her to the vet for a check up or at least call your vet and let them know what happened.

I also suggest that you fix the pantry door so that the cat can never get stuck again.  You need to cat proof...

Good luck.

She's doing a lot better after drinking and eating. She's walking better, definitely not as wobbly.

Also, she eats throughout the night, she has food and water available at all times. I just picked her up from the parking lot of a McDonald's a few weeks ago and she's been sleeping outside mostly, but she's been coming in more.

Has she been to a vet at all since you've had her? I really think she needs to be seen. Thank you for rescuing her.

I was going to go in tomorrow to set up an appointment to get her spayed.
