My cat is pregnant but I am worried

My cat is pregnant and she has gained lots of weight and has lots of fur but she dosent seem to have any nipples at all

Your cat should have nipples. Are you certain she is pregnant? Can you post a picture please?

If she has no milk you will have to feed the kittens yourself with a syringe and kitten formula. This is a hugely tiring job that goes around the clock every two hours.

If she has much fur, the nipples may not be very well visible.   Although the hairs around the nipples tends to fall of near the delivery, and in part she licks the hairs off.    But if not, you can trim the hair some, of course.

Still, its wise you do prepare some, so you arent defenceless.  But home kmr or goats milk.  a needleless syringe and a make-up sponge (such a sponge works for some), a scale...  And read on about handraising...   Lotsa work, but not impossible.

I am assuming that she is an indoor cat, right. If she is I would bring her to the vet to get her checked to see if she is really pregnant. If she is, ask the vet about it.
