Found this kitten outside today and it's clear she's anemic but can anyone tell me whether I should be worrying about her dying before I can get her to the vet tomorrow? She's eating and drinking and peeing and meowing a lot. Here's a pic

I can't tell i'm sorry but if she is active then i expect she will be able to get to the vet. Keep her warm and offer food.
