sweet little Timmy

I had to put my baby Timmy to sleep today. She was 16 and I loved her dearly. I have her son who is 15. He misses her too. I love you sweet little girl. Big hug and kisses.

I'm so sorry to hear of the loss of your sweet Timmy. What a darling little peanut. I'm sorry you had to make the gut wrenching decision to help Timmy begin her journey across the Rainbow Bridge but I've no doubt you did so because it was in her best interest because that's what you do when you love.
Take good care of yourself and Timmy's son. I've no doubt she is happy that you have each other.

It's so hard can't stop crying. Should had full blown kidney failure been nursing this disease for over 2 years. She did get better but past month started getting sick again. I feel like I let her down. Not easy making the decision to say goodbye. I'm so sorry baby Timmy

Kidney disease is so common in older felines. You did NOT let Timmy down. You nursed her for two years and cared for her all her life. Timmy had a lifetime of love because of you. In the end you chose to ease Timmy's suffering. You put what is best for Timmy over your needs.That is the epitome of love.

Please accept my condolences on the passing of your mom. That is so much to bear all at once. I'm so very sorry.

I am so sorry that you lost your mom and your kitty. Sending you prayers and hugs 

So very sorry to hear of your two huge losses, please try to stay strong through these very difficult times. Timmy was a sweetie, and you did a wonderful thing taking care of her for so long, you did NOT let her down, that is just the grief talking which can come out in very strange ways both mentally and physically, but it will lighten with time. I have a soft spot for tuxedos, and she looked like she was one too. 

I know that I have talked so much here about my boy Sylvester, but he is a long haired tuxedo whom I got from a not so good situation and we helped each other heal, me after I lost Simon (tuxedo) and Sebastian (long haired Chantilly), he looks like both of them combined and is my joy. Perhaps, when the time is right, you can open your heart to taking care of another pet in need and it might help your heart heal also. In the meantime you will be in our prayers and thoughts, as we know all too well how much heartache you are going through right now.

I'm so sorry you have suffered so in the last month, it is more than you should have to bear. Two blows the heart is crippling, I hope you can take comfort in knowing what you meant to them both, and that they know how much you loved them. Timmy is grateful for the extra time you gave to her through your wonderful care, she felt your love and knows how much you miss her in this life. Although her journey now takes her along a separate path on that journey, her path will always parallel yours, just as your mom's will, until you once again have them cross in the distant future. Try not to dwell on the end, celebrate having them for as long as you did, they were in your life for a reason, they gave much to your world and will be with you in your heart forever. I'll pray for you all to find peace, my heart goes out to you. Give that son a kiss from me, he needs your love more than ever now, take care........RIP beautiful Timmy, you will be so very missed, but you are now a true angel and have gained your wings, sleep tight on the lap of grandmother until you all meet again!

Thank you to every one who has sent such nice letters. Today was really hard, I originally told the vet I wasn't taking home her ashes due to the cost. I do have the ashes of her husband and daughter. It was killing me, she deserves better and to come home. I called my daughter and asked her to call and see if it was too late to change my mind. Well Timmys ashes will be coming home. I am so happy we were in time. I feel some peace now.

Timmy is on the left and her son Madison on the right then always slept in the same bed and yes Timmy was a Tuxedo, she was found as a stray kitty and on New year's day was given to me 16 years ago
