I'm at a loss, my kitten Possum, who I've hand raised since the day he was born has had a near constant URI since he was 2 months old. At 8 months, he's physically doing much better, he's grown a bit and acts happy, plays, and has a great appetite. He drinks juat as much as the other 2 cats (who aren't sick in any way) but his stuffy nose and sneeze haven't gone away even though he's been on clavamox 5 times, and has been on lysine consistently for 3 months. Its worst when he's just falling asleep and when he's waking up, and he'll have to mouth breathe on occasion. He acts like a normal 8 month old kitten, but I'm concerned that he hasn't gotten better.
I can't help but wonder if whatever has made him so small is making him sick? I don't know if including a picture of him helps but I'm at a loss and the vet just keeps putting him on clavamox
