I realised I've been here nearly a month and I've not introduced ourselves yet!

I'm Michelle from Malaysia and this is my 3 month old Reiko. She's a calico tabby & the Japanese believe calicos bring good luck. Her name Reiko is Japanese for 'good girl' which is up for debate judging from the threads I started under Cat behaviour LOL.

This photo is of her at 7 weeks when I first got her. Her mom ran away and left her and 2 other siblings to defend themselves. Fortunately a nice lady found them and fostered them.

This is her at 9 weeks when I found she's a very clingy kitten and would sleep on my slippers for comfort. She has since outgrown her clinginess.

At 11 weeks she occasionally naps on my lap while I work.

And this is her now at 13 weeks. :)

Will be updating new pics here periodically. Alternatively she's on Instagram via hashtag #ReikoTheCat

Yes she can be a handful sometimes (esp at night) but then again, what kitten isn't? ;)

Happy new year everyone!
Reiko sat on my shoulder today while I was on the bed. She likes nibbling my ear which is too ticklish.

SO cute! My Delta used to do the same thing but she has kind of grown out of it and it makes me sad. Lol. I'm like really you don't like to climb on my shoulder anymore? Ohhhkaaaay sigh.

Your girl is beautiful, you'll be so surprised to see how much she grows in the next few weeks...

Awww I hope she doesn't grow out of this. It's so nice when they're cuddly. And yes I've noticed her growth spurt.
