There can be a lump or swelling that is normal after surgery, because there are internal stitches too. That, however looks a little excessive, something may be protruding inside. No redness or colored drainage though, that is good. The best thing to do is take several shots and send it or take the pictures in to your vet. They can advise you if it is something that will resolve on it's own, or has to be tended to.  My cat had a pretty large lump under her incision too, and it went away in time.  Good luck and keep us posted!
