Do you not have emergency vets in your area?  Kitten really needs a vet to flush out that wound and so the vet can determine the extent of the wound - if it's a puncture wound, it is likely to get infected and requires flushing, possible suturing, antibiotic therapy and good nursing care.  Please, do whatever you can to get him to a vet ASAP.

They're with their mum, I do sometimes try to feed goat milk but he wants nothing to do with it.
I had gone to the vet today, his right cornea has been infected. The vet also also said that he is a dwarf, he is gonna be a small cat with a big head.
But our main concern right now is he hasn't been pooping. The vet gave him olive oil. Lets see!
Are these the kittens that you are finding injured?

She only posted 6 minutes apart, and seems to be talking about two different kittens.

I'm very confused since I got the impression that kitten is dead.
One kitten was killed yesterday, another has been bitten today!

Can you answer my question in post #3 above?
He seems to be fine now, and the bleeding has stopped but he keeps his eyes closed. He must be in so much pain right now. I can only pray for him now. I'm gonna take him to the vet first thing in the morning.

And no, its not ginger that has been bitten.
Ginger is doing well, just a little slow.

this was taken today!

Its him. This was taken a week ago!

He is such a playful kitten, and it hurts me so much to see him like this. I feel so helpless.

Can you bring them inside? That is the only thing you can do. Ask your vet about a rescue that can help.

Are they now without their mother? They will die without constant feedings and warmth.

I should think no one would want to take in kittens that young, they should be kept with their mother until between 8 to 12 weeks.

Until you can get to a vet, can you clean the wound by soaking it with disinfectant - any iodine based one is good. Use some cotton to gently clean with warm water first, and then get as much disinfectant as you can into the wound. Iodine does not sting. If done soon after a bite that can really help prevent infection.

Update- the little kitty has a fractured skull and is currently being hospitalised. But it doesn't look too good, he has infection around the brain.
He needs our prayers. :(

I'm sorry to hear this. Do you know what medicine they are giving the kitten? I hope the kitten pulls through!

No, someone else took him to the vet.
I was told, he was given antibiotics, painkiller and is also on iv fluids.
His infection was so much, there was no space, and it ruptured his neck.
There's a hole on his neck.

Hopefully he can make it through. I can't wait to see him tomorrow!
