I have a 6 month old kitten with urinary crystals and I'm trying to find both a wet and dry food that would be best for her.

Wet food choices - I've narrowed the wet food down to Natures Variety Instinct grain free or Natural Balance but wanted to know what people think about the Wysong brand.

Dry food choices - not sure. I feed her wet food but she has a brother that likes dry food and I also like to have the option of leaving food for them while I'm away. Any suggestions?

I would suggest not to even THINK about feeding her any dry food if she's already developed crystals at the age of 6 months.  That's just my humble opinion from everything I've read.   Well, that is unless you want to feed the prescription urinary dry food.  That's made specifically for this issue.  Your Vet can sell it to you. *

As to the wet brands, maybe something in this thread will help...I don't honestly know if the brands you mention,  are good for crystals or not:  http://www.thecatsite.com/t/302645/food-help-please

* I, personally, think that Wysong is a good brand.  If the Uretic is for the specific type of crystals she had, MAYBE it would work for dry food, but, again, it's best not to feed any dry, IMHO.  If you still want to feed kibble, however, I would find out WHICH type of crystals she has, then talk to the Wysong folks and see whether their food is good for that particular type.  I will tell you that although I think their food is good, I bought some Epigen 90 to have round "just in case" of emergencies, and NONE of mine (4 at the time)  would eat any of it
.  Maybe it's because I feed mine only wet food, so they didn't know what it was
.  I don't think so, because I tried just putting a few pieces in my palm and giving to each one like it was a special treat and they all just sniffed and walked away.  then i tried putting it in their bowls and got the same reaction.
